Welcome to trak. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. The service

trak is a habit-tracking app that lets you record your habits, see your progress and generate a personalized wallpaper. The service is provided “as is”.

2. Your account

To use trak you need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out in your account. You undertake to provide truthful information.

3. trak Pro subscription

trak offers premium features through a subscription (“trak Pro”), on the Monthly and Annual plans — both auto-renewing.

Purchases are processed by Apple's App Store. Auto-renewing subscriptions are charged at the start of each period and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings (App Store). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.

The plans may include a free trial for new subscribers (7 days on the Monthly plan and 14 days on the Annual plan); at the end of the trial, the subscription price is charged automatically, unless canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds are requested directly from Apple, under the terms of the App Store policies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the app for unlawful purposes;
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data;
Interfere with the operation or the security of the service.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its brand, design and code are the property of the developer. The content you create (your habits and records) remains yours.

6. Limitation of liability

trak is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or of freedom from errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use or the unavailability of the service. Back up any information you consider important.

7. Termination

You can close your account at any time, directly in the app (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For consumer relationships, jurisdiction lies with the courts of the user's domicile, under the terms of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor).
